摘要：

通过文献研究和现状分析发现碳信息披露的影响因素,并通过对电力行业上市公司的实证研究进行检验,依据实证研究结果提出相关建议,以期对我国企业碳信息披露水平的提高有所裨益。

摘要：

This paper discovered the factors affecting carbon disclosure based on the literature research and status analysis. Besides, it also took the inspection through empirical research on listed companies in the power industry, and put forward the suggestions relying on the empirical research results.
