氟吗啉有效成分的HPLC分析

摘  要:
氟吗啉是我国具有自主知识产权的新杀菌剂,其Z/E异构体均具有很好的杀菌活性。为了给氟吗啉环境行为的研究提供基本的手段,本文建立了氟吗啉有效成分的HPLC分析方法。用250mm×4.6mm不锈钢ODS5μm球型硅胶填料色谱柱,甲醇–水[V(甲醇):V(水)=65:35]为流动相,1.0mL·min-1的流速和242nm的紫外检测波长能较好地分离氟吗啉样本中的有效成分和杂质,该法得到了HPLC/MS的确证。方法的平均添加回收率为99.90%,氟吗啉原药样本的平均含量为84.18%,标准偏差为0.59,变异系数为0.70%,线性相关系数平方(r2)为0.9999。

摘  要:
Flumorph is a novel fungicide developed in China and its properties were protected by patent issued by Chinese, US and EU government. Two isomers of flumorph have good fungicide activities. In order to study environmental behaviors of flumorph, the method of HPLC analysis for its active ingredient was established. Under the condition of 250 mm×4.6 mm stainless ODS 5 μm column, 1.0 mL·min-1 of methanol/double distilled water (v/v = 65/35) as mobile phase, 242 nm of UV as determination wave length, flumorph could be separated from impurity in its technical effectively. This method was validated by HPLC/MS analysis. The average recovery of this method was 99.90%, the average concentration of flumorph technical was 84.18%, standard deviation was 0.59, coefficient of variation was 0.70%, the r2 was 0.999 9.
