山杏仁乙醇提取物抑制Caco-2细胞生长

摘 要:
用水和乙醇溶液制备山杏仁提取物,通过细胞增殖分析试验研究其对人结肠腺癌细胞(Caco-2)生长的影响,结果表明,山杏仁乙醇提取物具有显著抑制Caco-2细胞生长作用,水提取物则没有显示抑制作用。用不同方法制备山杏仁乙醇提取物E1、E2和E3研究其对Caco-2细胞生长作用,其中E3的抑制Caco-2作用最显著。研究乙二醇、异丙醇和叔丁醇的提取物对Caco-2细胞生长作用,结果表明,3种提取物均没有显示抑制作用。检测E3的蛋白与脂肪含量,结果分别为35.5%和64.4%(两者之和为99.9%)。山杏仁中含有抑制Caco-2细胞生长的活性成分,用乙醇可提取该活性成分,该活性成分可能是以特定形式存在的蛋白质或脂肪或两者复合物。

摘 要:
The effect of the extracts from apricot kernel prepared by water and ethanol on growth of human colon adenocarcinoma cell(Caco-2) was studied by cell proliferation assay.The results indicated that the ethanol extract from apricot kernel inhibited proliferation of the cells significantly,while the water extract was almost inert.The three kinds of ethanol extracts from apricot kernel prepared by different methods were designated E1,E2 and E3,and E3 showed the most significant inhibition of proliferation on Caco-2 cell.Ethylene glycol extract,isopropanol extract and tert-butanol extract from apricot kernel did not inhibit Caco-2 cell growth.E3 consisted of 35.5% protein and 64.4% lipid(the sum of protein and lipid,99.9%).These results suggested that apricot kernel contained the active fraction which could inhibit Caco-2 cell growth,and it could be extracted by ethanol.A certain form of protein or lipid or complexes from apricot kernel could be implicated for the inhibitory activity on Caco-2 cell proliferation.
