两种化肥对除草剂绿磺隆降解的影响

摘  要:
通过砂培实验探讨了碳酸氢铵、磷酸二氢钙对绿磺隆降解的影响。实验中用直接气相色谱检测绿磺隆。结果表明:高绿磺隆浓度处理的对照、碳酸氢铵、磷酸二氢钙3组中,绿磺隆降解均遵从抛物线方程,半衰期分别为26.7、116.0、23.4d。低浓度处理的对照、碳酸氢铵、磷酸二氢钙3组中,绿磺隆降解曲线亦均遵从抛物线扩散方程,半衰期分别为19.2、81.6、10.8d。绿磺隆浓度高时,在环境中残留时间长,降解困难。两处理中,添加碳酸氢铵组与对照相比,半衰期均增大,添加磷酸二氢钙组与对照相比,半衰期变化较小。其原因是碳酸氢铵、磷酸二氢钙的加入导致pH值变化,碳酸氢铵的加入使pH值增高,不利于绿磺隆发生水解;磷酸二氢钙的加入使样品pH值降低,与对照组一样而呈弱酸性,有利于绿磺隆的水解。

摘  要:
It was investigated that the effect of NH4HCO3, Ca(H2PO4)2 on degradation of chlorsu furon. The chlorsulfuron was measured by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. Result demonstrated that the degradation curves of chlorsulfuron were subject to parabola equation in the control , and spiked with, 800mgAg NH4HCO3, 800mgAg Ca(H2PO4)2 separately, when sand samples were spiked with 330μg/g chlorsulfuron, and the half-lives of chlorsulfuron were respectively 30.5, 116.0, and 23.4 days. The degradation curves of chlorsulfuron of three treatments when sand samples were spiked with 33μg/g chlorsulfuron also followed parabola equation, and the half-lives of chlorsulfuron were 19.2, 81.6, and 10.8 days,respectively. Results demonstrate that hight initial concentration of chlorsulfuron made chlorsulfuron degrade difficultly; Ca(H2PO4)2 faciliated the degradation of chlorsulfuron because pH of sample solution increased; on the contrary,NH4HCO3 hindered the degradation of chlorsulfuron because pH of sample solution increased.
