野生黄花蒿土壤特征对药用次生代谢产物的影响

摘  要:
为了明确影响黄花蒿药用次生代谢产物累积的土壤特征因素,测定贵州省三穗县和剑河县野生黄花蒿的总多酚、东莨菪内酯、猫眼草酚D、猫眼草黄素、青蒿素、青蒿酸含量,以及土壤养分含量、pH值、土壤酶活性,利用SPSS软件对土壤特征与黄花蒿药用次生代谢产物含量进行相关性分析,探讨土壤特征对黄花蒿药用次生代谢产物的影响。结果表明,不同海拔不同样地黄花蒿的药用次生代谢产物含量差异显著。根际与非根际土壤的理化性质大多存在差异。野生黄花蒿样地中土壤蔗糖酶活性较高,土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性相对较低。土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性,碱解氮含量与青蒿素、青蒿酸含量呈显著或极显著正相关,全钾含量和pH值与青蒿素、青蒿酸含量呈显著或极显著负相关,土壤有机质、全磷、全氮、速效钾含量与青蒿酸含量呈显著或极显著正相关,土壤有效磷含量与总多酚、猫眼草酚D和青蒿素含量呈显著或极显著负相关。综上,提高土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性能够提高黄花蒿的青蒿素、青蒿酸含量,提高土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、碱解氮和速效钾含量可以提高黄花蒿的青蒿酸含量,降低土壤全钾、有效磷含量和p H值有利于黄花蒿药用次生代谢产物的积累。

摘  要:
To clarify the soil properties factors affecting the concentrations of secondary metabolites of Artemisia annua L.,the contents of total polyphenols,scopoletin,chrysosplenol-D,chrysosplenetin,artemisinin,artemisic acid of Artemisia annua L. and soil nutrients contents,p H,soil enzyme activities were analyzed in Sansui county and Jianhe county,Guizhou province,and the correlation analysis among them was made to study the effects of soil properties on the secondary metabolites of A. annua. The results showed that the contents of medicinal secondary metabolites of A. annua displayed significant difference at different altitudes and sample points. Most of the basic physicochemical property of rhizosphere and no-rhizosphere soils displayed significant difference. Soil sucrase activity was higher,and soil urease and phosphatase activities were relatively low in wild A. annua sample points. The activities of sucrase,urease,phosphatase and alkaline nitrogen content were significantly or extremely significantly positively related to the contents of artemisinin and artemisic acid while the total potassium content and p H were opposite. The contents of soil organic matter,total phosphorus,total nitrogen and available potassium were significantly or extremely significantly positively related to artemisic acid contents,while the soil available phosphoruscontent was significantly or extremely significantly negatively related to the contents of polyphenols,chrysosplenol-D and artemisinin. In conclusion,the contents of artemisinin and artemisic acid could be increased by increasing the activities of soil urease,phosphatase and sucrase. Increasing the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available nitrogen and available potassium could increase the contents of artemisic acid. Reducing the contents of soil total potassium,available phosphorus and p H was beneficial to the accumulation of medicinal secondary metabolites of A. annua.
