泥炭保护根系对不同Pb浓度土壤油菜生长影响的研究

摘  要:
植物在污染环境下的有效生长是实施污染土壤植物修复的关键之一,而在植物根部构建小型生长保护区域,为植物进入污染环境提供一定的生长缓冲空间,将有助于提高植物在污染环境的适应能力,并提高植物修复效率。为此采用盆栽试验,比较泥炭保护根系和直播2种栽培方式处理的油菜在不同Pb浓度土壤中生长情况,研究泥炭保护根系条件下,植物对Pb污染土壤的适应能力,探讨利用泥炭等清洁的有机物质和植物在根部结合消除土壤重金属危害的可行性。结果表明,泥炭保护根系处理比直播处理的苗期油菜平均生物量提高26.28%,在500、1000、2000mg·kg-1的加Pb量的条件下,成熟期油菜地上部鲜重明显高于相应直播处理,分别提高36.70%、51.33%、72.45%,地上部Pb含量比直播处理分别降低50.0%、66.8%和69.9%。泥炭保护根系的措施能有效促进植物生长和减少Pb在植物地上部的积累。

摘  要:
The effective growth of plant is a crucial factor to phytoremediation of polluted soil.A possible method is to construct a protection zone around plant root, which will supply a buffer space before plant grows into the polluted environment and hence enhance the plant adaptive capability and phytoremediation efficiency. A pot experiment of cole was conducted to investigate the effect of peat protecting root on cole growth under four Pb-contaminated soil levels (0, 500, 1 000, 2 000 mg·kg-1) with two culture methods, peat protecting root and direct seeding. The feasibility of combining peat with plant root to reduce the danger of heavy metal was discussed. The results showed that root treated with peat, the average biomass of cole seedling was increased by 26.28% .The over-ground fresh weights of the ripe cole grown in three lead concentrations (500,1 000,2 000 mg·kg-1) were increased by 36.70%, 51.33% and 72.45%, but the contents of Pb in above ground were reduced by 50.0%, 66.8%and 69.9%, as compared with direct seeding. It indicates that the measure of peat protecting root can enhance the plant growth and decrease the lead accumulation in the above ground part of plant.
