浅议现代农业科研院所仪器共享平台建设工作——以中国农业科学院为例

摘  要：
自《国务院关于国家重大科研基础设施和大型科研仪器向社会开放的意见》发布以来,大型设施设备开放共享成为共识与基本需求。文章以中国农业科学院为例,概述了其设施设备开放共享情况,分析了现状及存在的问题,列举了完善网络管理、落实共享办法、推进支撑团队建设等改进措施,提出了统筹研究所大型仪器购置、拓宽支撑类人才引用渠道等促进中国农业科学院设施设备开放共享的建议。

摘  要：
Since the release of the "State Council′ s Opinions on the Opening Up of Major Scientific Research Infrastructures and Large Scientific Instruments to the Society", the opening and sharing of large-scale facilities and equipment has become a consensus and basic requirement. Taking the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the overall situation of large-scale instrument open and sharing was summarized in the paper. The current situation and problems were analyzed. Improving measures were listed, such as perfecting management of internet, implementing sharing approaches, and promoting constructing of supporting team. Suggestions for promoting open and sharing of instruments of CAAS were put forward, such as making overall plan of buying large instruments of institutes, and broadening introduction channel of support talents.
