摘  要:
以廊坊杨3个无性系和其亲本之一山海关杨为试验材料,通过人工冷冻处理测定了枝条相对电导率、K+相对渗出率、失水率、水分饱和亏,并绘制了PV曲线;芽的SOD酶活性、POD酶活性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量。采用隶属函数值法对各项指标测定值用模糊数学隶属度公式进行定量转换,根据函数值的大小对各无性系抗寒性进行综合评定。结果表明:所测定的各项指标与各无性系的抗寒隶属函数值具有较大的相关性,4个无性系杨树品种抗寒性由大到小为:廊坊杨3号>廊坊杨2号>廊坊杨1号>山海关杨。

摘  要:
With three clones of popular Langfang and it's relative popular Shanhaiguan used as the experimental materials, the relative leakage of electrolytes, the relative leakage of K~+, pressure-volume curves were measured. The content of soluble protein, malondialdehyde(MDA) content, super-oxide dismutase (SOD)activity and peroxidase (POD) activity were measured and compared. The cold-resistance ability of the clones was comprehensively judged with all indexes. The results showed that there were obvious differences among the clones of the ability of cold resistance. The ability of cold resistance on the clones from high to low was No.3> No.2> No.1>Popular Shanhaiguan.
