摘  要：
乌兹别克斯坦曾是前苏联的棉花基地,也是"丝绸之路经济带"上关键节点的中亚五国之一。自1991年9月正式脱离苏联独立后,其农业改革和发展一直是被关注的热点。近年来乌兹别克斯坦在农业经济方面颁布了诸多改革新政策,通过新政策的实施其果蔬业取得了显著成绩,但同时在土地利用方面仍存在一些问题。国际合作和发展是乌兹别克斯坦农业改革未来的重点方向之一,中乌农业合作潜力巨大。

摘  要：
Uzbekistan was the cotton base of the Soviet Union, and it is also one of the Five Central Asian Countries, which are the key points on the "Silk Road economic zone". Since the independence in September1991, agricultural reform and development of Uzbekistan has been attracted a hot topic of concern. In recent years, Uzbekistan has promulgated a number of new policies about reform in agricultural economy, and through the implementation of those new policies, Uzbekistan has made significant achievements in the fruits and vegetables industries, but at the same time, some problems have still been in land use. The authors thought that international cooperation and development was one of the key directions for the future reform of Uzbekistan,and there was great potential for agricultural cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
