摘 要:
目的:研究石榴叶多酚(purified polyphenols from Punica granatum L.leaves,PPPL)对酒精所致急性肝损伤小鼠肾脏、心脏、脾脏、胸腺的保护作用。方法:将66只雄性小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(联苯双酯150 mg/(kg·d)),PPPL低、中、高剂量组(100、200、400 mg/(kg·d)),连续灌胃30 d,第31天除空白对照组外其余各组给予50%乙醇(12 m L/kg),建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型。将小鼠脱臼处死后取肾脏、心脏、脾脏及胸腺,测定其超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)含量。结果:与模型对照组相比,PPPL各剂量组均能提高小鼠各脏器的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性和GSH含量,降低MDA含量。结论:PPPL对酒精性肝损伤小鼠肾脏、心脏及免疫器官具有明显的抗氧化作用。

摘 要:
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of purified polyphenols from leaves of Punica granatum L.(PPPL) on kidney, heart, spleen and thymus in a mouse model of acute alcohol-induced hepatic injury. Methods: Sixty-six male mice were randomly divided into blank control group, alcoholic injury model group, positive control group(administered with 150 mg/(kg·d) bifendate by gavage) and PPPL low, medium, and high dose groups(100, 200 and 400 mg/(kg·d)). All mice were administered for 30 days. On the next day, the mice from all groups except the blank control group were administered with 50% alcohol(12 m L/kg), and then all the mice were subjected to dislocation death to assay the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px and the contents of MDA and GSH in kidney, heart, spleen and thymus. Results: Compared with the alcoholic injury model group, the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px and the contents of GSH in kidney, heart, spleen and thymus revealed an obvious increase in the PPPL treatment groups while the contents of MDA were obviously decreased. Conclusion: PPPL has pronounced antioxidant effect on kidney, heart and immune organs in mice with alcoholic hepatic injury.
