Ex Boott).

This experiment used saturated paraffin technology to study the feed composition, forage intake and forage digestibility of grazing cashmere goats in four seasons in Nima County, Nagqu, Tibet in 2018. The results showed that the main forages of cashmere goats in the spring were Kobresia tibetica Maxim and Stipa purpurea, Potentilla bi-furca Linn and Leontopodium pusillum in summer, Heteropappus boweri(Hemsl.) Griers) in autumn, and Carex moorcroftii Falc. Ex Boott in winter. The dry matter intake for growing cashmere goats in four seasons was 450 g, 850 g, 950 g and 420 g, respectively, and that for adult cashmere goats were 685 g and 1 280 g, 1 350 g, and 650 g respectively. The difference between the four seasons was significant(P<0.05), and the forage intake was the lowest in winter. The dry matter digestibility for growing cashmere goats in four seasons was 45.85%, 56.50%, 50.44% and 39.05%, respectively, while that of adult cashmere goats were 50.50%, 60.94%, 55.52% and 45.76% respectively. The difference between the four seasons was significant(P<0.05), and the digestibility in winter was the lowest.
