介绍所研制的新型舔块生产成套设备。阐述了舔块生产的加工工艺、舔块压制成型设备的结构特点、设计参数的确定及配套设备的选择等,并对试用效果作了验证分析。该设备质量轻,体积小,能耗低,操作方便,运行可靠,适合县级饲料厂选用。

摘  要：
A novel and simple type of molasses block press system is designed and manufactured on the basis of singular press.The blocking process of molasses block,the structural feature of the press equipment,the design parameter and the necessary facility are discussed in detail.The molasses block press system has the characteristics of light weight,small occupation area,low energy consumption.It is reliable,easy to operate and suitable for small feed manufacturing factories.
