La、Pr、Nd、Sm-氧氟沙星配合物的制备及表征

摘  要:
合成了La、Pr、Nd、Sm-氧氟沙星四种新的配合物,通过元素分析得到配合物的组成,由于配体具有两性结构,以盐的形式与中心离子配位;利用红外光谱,确证了配体与中心原子的键合方式为氧氟沙星中的羧基氧以双齿与中心离子蝥台;X射线衍射证实配体和配合物具有不同的品型,配合物为新的化合物,而不是由稀土无机盐与氧氟沙星组成的简单加合物。

摘  要:
In order to seek rare earth inorganic salt antibacterial agent and to study the structure and properties of complexes between rare earth inorganic salt and ofloxacin, four new complexes, La (HQ)_2Cl_3—(H_2O)_8,Pr(HQ)_2Cl_3·(H_2O)_8,Nd(HQ)_2Cl_3·(H_2O)_8and Sm(HQ)_2,Cl_3·(H_2O)_8 were prepared and characterized. Their probable structures were determined respectively on the basis of in fra-red spectrum. X-ray spectra showed that the crystal type of the new complexes was neither the crystal type of the ligand, ofloxacin nor the chloride of rare earth elements.
