HPLC法测定阿司匹林丁香酚酯在咀嚼片中的含量

摘  要:
建立阿司匹林丁香酚酯(AEE)咀嚼片中AEE含量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。样品经甲醇溶解后,利用Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇∶水(77∶23),流速为0.9 mL/min,紫外检测波长为279 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量10μL。AEE在1.0μg~80.0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R~2=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.21%(n=9)。结果表明,所建立的HPLC法快速简便、准确可靠,可用于AEE咀嚼片中AEE含量的测定。

摘  要:
In order to study the cause of yak death in a Gansu breeding farm,the strain was isolated from Yak lung tissue,cultured and identified by Gram staining and 16 S rRNA gene sequence analysis.The antimicrobial susceptibility test and mouse virulence test were conducted.The results showed that the strain was Gram-negative bacillus and migrated on TSA medium.It was difficult to form a single colony.The opaque colony with black spots was formed on SS medium.The results of 16 S rRNA sequencing of the isolate after Blast with reference strains show 99.6%-99.9% homology,and it was identified as Proteus mirabilis.According to the results of antimicrobial susceptibility test,the isolate was sensitive to 11 kinds of antimicrobials commonly used in clinic,and resistant to 6 kinds of drugs.The results provided the basis for clinical medication.Virulence tests confirmed that LD_(50) of the isolate to mice was 0.73×10~9 CFU.
