外源DNA注射茄子子房后代性状的变异

摘  要:
在中国长茄(Solanum melongena L.var.serpemtium Bailey)人工自花授粉24小时后,给其子房注射粘毛茄(S.sisymbriifolium Lam.)的总DNA,其后代性状发生了变异。出现变异的后代D_1株系中23.48%的植株叶面着生硬刺,倾向供体;多花序出现频率由5%提高到16.42%;有4.67%的植株果形由细长形变为长圆形。后代D_2变异性状有分离。D_2苗期叶片过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱有变异。初步认为,变异是外源DNA导入受体的结果。

摘  要:
Exogenous DNA extracted and purified from the leaves of Solanum sisymbriifolium Lam. was injected into the ovary about 24h after artifi-cial self-pollination in cultivated eggplant(S. melongena L. var. serpen-tium Bailey ) . Variations in the characters of offsprings ( D1, D2 ) were observed. 23.48% mutated D1 progeny strains seedlings prossessed hard needles on the leaf. This character was similar to the donor. The fre-quency of plants with muti-flower inflorescence was increased from 5% to 16.42%, The fruits in 4.67%plants changed from slender into oval. The variant characters of D2 were segregated. The zymogram of peroxi-dase isozyme of young seedlings leaves of D2 showed variant. It was suggested that variations were induced by exogenous DNA introduced into the recipient.
