摘  要:
鉴于常规的质量-弹簧-阻尼系统的特性参数不能适应驾驶员体重的不同而加以调节,该文提出和研究一种可调节等效弹簧刚度和等效阻尼系数的驾驶座位悬架系统.文中论证了它的调节原理,建立了计算其传递系数的数学模型;进行了计算机模拟以预估其减振性能及调节效果;设计和制作了试验样机并进行了台架试验.研究和试验的结果表明,这是一种结构简单而行之有效的调节机构,能够简便地实现座位悬架系统的特性参数与驾驶员不同体重的最佳匹配.文章最后归纳提出了合理选择该悬架系统的特性参数的方法和程序.

摘  要:
A conventional mass-spring-damper system tractor seat cannot accommodate the operators with various weights clue to the unadjustability of the seat char- acteristic parameters.This study involves the development of a tractor seat suspension system with adjustable equivalent spring constant and damping coef- ficient.The simulation programs based on the mathematical model of its atten- uation characteristics would predict the feasibility of this adjustable system. A pilot system was constructed to verify its effectiveness anti the simulation model.Eleven tests have been conducted by using this pilot system on avibra- tion exciter.The results show that this system is adjustable through simple mechanism.The matching of the charateristic parameters with the weights of tractor-operators is optimized and the selecting procedure for the charateristic parameters is summarized.
