稀土对黑穗醋栗果实品质的影响

摘  要:
应用不同浓度的稀土溶液对黑穗醋栗进行了不同喷布次数的试验,结果表明,叶面喷施稀土后,低浓度处理能明显地提高果实的含糖量,降低酸度,增加糖酸比,提高维生素C和色素含量,高浓度处理对果实品质的影响效果不明显。从本试验看,低浓度(300mg/L~800mg/L)处理喷2次较为适宜。

摘  要:
The results showed that sugar content, the ratio of sugar/acid, Vc, and pigment content of fruit of black currant were increased but acid content was decreased by applying low concentration rare earth. High concentration treatment of rare earth have no significant effect on the fruit quality of black currant.
