中国鹅绒藤属(萝蘑科)植物叶表皮微形态扫描电镜研究

摘  要:
在环境扫描电镜下对29种及1亚种分布于中国的鹅绒藤属(Cynanchum)植物叶表皮进行观测.结果表明,本研究中鹅绒藤属植物叶表皮特征存在相似之处,主要表现在表皮细胞轮廓为多边形或不规则形;多数种类上表皮气孔不明显,下表皮除了狭叶白前(C.estenophyllum)外其他种均有气孔分布;上、下表皮均具有较厚角质层,多数种类叶上表皮有表皮毛而下表皮没有.叶表皮形态学结果支持Flora of China(V01.16)中将木里白前(C.muliertse)、卵叶白前(C.steppicolum)归并到大理白前(C.forrestii)的观点;不支持将羊角子草(C.cathayense)归并到戟叶鹅绒藤(C.acutum subsp.sibiricum)、老瓜头(C.komarovii)归并到华北白前(C.mongolicum)以及翅果杯冠藤(C.alatum)是美翼杯冠藤(C.callialatum)错误鉴定的观点.

摘  要:
The micromorphology of leaf epidermis of 29 species and 1 subspecies of Cynanchum from China were examined by environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) . The results showed that the leaf epidermis' features of Cynanchum were similar. The cell contour of their leaf epidermis cells was usually polygonal or irregular. The abaxial epidermis of almost all but C. stenophyllum had stomata, and most of the shapes of the stomata were not sunken. Many species of Cynanchum had thick cutieular membrane on leaves. A few species were distinctively different from others in their size of stomata and ornamentation of eutieular membrane. In this paper, it is supported that C. mu-liertse and C. steppicolum were treated as synonyms of C. forrestii in Flora of China(Vol. 16), and it is not supported that C. a/atum was treated as a misidentifieation of C. callialatum, C. cathayense as a synonym of C. acutum subsp, sibiricum, and C. komarov/i as a synonym of C. mongolicum.
