安徽省城市产业结构对雾霾影响的实证研究

摘  要：
安徽省作为中部崛起的省份,合肥、马鞍山、淮南、蚌埠、安庆、淮北、芜湖等老工业区过去一直沿用高能耗、高效率的粗犷式工业经济发展模式,造成安徽省雾霾污染状况不断加重。依照EKC曲线(环境库茨涅茨倒U曲线)等相关理论和假说,运用区位商法和主成分分析法,分析出安徽省主导产业以及安徽省雾霾污染综合指数。通过选取安徽省2009—2017年16个地级市的产业结构面板数据采取实证研究,深入探究安徽省产业结构、对外贸易系数、工业污染控制、外国直接投资(FDI)、国民生产总值等因素是否对雾霾污染造成显著影响,同时安徽省应在大力发展清洁新能源产业、增加治理雾霾污染投资等措施来缓解安徽省雾霾污染的现状,通过调整产业结构达到升级优化目的。

摘  要：
As a rising province in central China, anhui province used to follow the rough industrial economic development model of high energy consumption and high efficiency in old industrial areas such as hefei, ma'anshan, huainan, bengbu, anqing, huaibei and wuhu. It is this blind profit-seeking development model that makes the haze pollution in anhui province aggravate continuously. According to the EKC curve(environmental kuznets inverted U curve) and other related theories and hypotheses, the location quotient method and principal component analysis method were used to analyze the leading industries in anhui province and the comprehensive index of haze pollution in anhui province. By choosing 16 level city in anhui province in 2009-2017 panel data to empirical research of industrial structure, to explore the coefficient of per capita GDP in anhui province, the industrial structure, foreign trade, foreign direct investment(FDI) and industrial pollution control factors such as whether to have significant effects on the fog haze pollution, industrial structure in anhui province and haze pollution index is inverted u-shaped curve, and foreign direct investment and economic growth are related. Measures such as vigorously developing clean new energy industry and increasing investment in haze pollution control should be taken to alleviate the current situation of haze pollution in anhui province, and the industrial structure should be adjusted to achieve the purpose of upgrading and optimization.
