海洋植物与耐盐植物研究与开发利用现状

摘  要：
我国拥有绵长的海岸线、广阔的海洋面积及广袤的盐碱化土地,随着科技的发展,海洋植物资源的开发利用及耐盐碱植物的相关系列研究逐渐成为人们关注的热点。本文就常见的海洋植物与耐盐植物及它们在食品保鲜、功能食品、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗氧化、畜禽养殖、水产养殖等行业中的研究与开发利用现状进行了综述,可为海水农业关键技术的研究提供科学参考。

摘  要：
China has a long coastline,vast sea area and vast saline land. With the development of science and technology,the exploitation on marine plants and salt-tolerant plants have gradually become the focus. The common marine plants and salt-tolerant plants and their current situation of research and exploitation in the industries,such as food fresh preservation,functional food,immune regulation,anti tumor,reducing blood lipid,oxidation resistance,livestock breeding and aquaculture,were summarized. It could provide references for the research on key technologies of seawater agriculture.
