2种花楸秋叶变色期叶片主要成分含量的动态变化

摘  要:
以天山花楸和西伯利亚花楸秋色叶树种做为研究对象,对2个树种叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素和可溶性糖含量的动态变化进行测定分析。结果表明:2种花楸叶片经过30~33 d的秋叶变色期,由绿色逐渐变为黄绿色、黄色、橘黄色、黄红色、红色等;随着气温的下降各树种叶绿素含量和胡萝卜素含量逐渐下降;花青素含量呈现逐渐上升趋势,西伯利亚花楸的花青素含量比天山花楸高34.38%。天山花楸可溶性糖含量随着气温的下降迅速上升从1.962 mg/g上升至12.065 mg/g;而西伯利亚花楸可溶性糖含量变化比较平稳在2.276~2.588 mg/g之间。认为适当的低温与湿润的空气、土壤以及避风的小环境条件是西伯利亚花楸和天山花楸叶片保持鲜艳并延长观叶期的主要因素。

摘  要:
In this study,the dynamic changes of chlorophyll,carotenoids,anthocyanin and soluble sugar in the leaves of Sorbus tianshanika and S. sibirikain were measured. The results showed that,during 30 to 33 days of autumn phenophase,two kinds of leaves changed from green to yellowish green,yellow,orange,yellow red gradually. With the dropping temperature,Chlorophyll and Carotenoids gradually decreased,but the anthocyanins increased. The anthocyanins of S. sibirika were 34. 38 % higher than S. tianshanika. With the decrease of temperature,the soluble sugar of S. tianshanika rapidly rose from 1. 962 mg / g to 12. 065 mg / g,but the soluble sugar of S. sibirika changed smoothly between 2. 276 mg / g and 2. 588 mg / g. The cold resistance of S. sibirika was stronger than S. tianshanika. The small environmental conditions including appropriate low temperature,moist air and soil,and sheltering from wind,were the main factors to keep leaves bright and extend the time of enjoying foliage.
