草坪草根系丛枝菌根发育及其与土壤有效磷的关系

摘  要:
对田间栽培的1个黑麦草(Lolium perenne)品种(美达丽)和4个高羊茅(Testuca arundinacea)品种(猎狗5号、千年盛事2号、夜明珠和Millennium)根系丛枝菌根发育状况及其与根际土壤有效磷间的关系进行调查。结果表明,所有草坪草根系均观察到丛枝菌根的结构,其中黑麦草品种美达丽的菌根发育最好,表现在侵染率、侵入点、丛枝数最高;高羊茅品种Millennium的菌根发育较差,表现在侵染率、泡囊数、丛枝数最低。土壤有效磷与根系菌根发育如侵染率、泡囊数间存在显著或极显著的负相关。

摘  要:
In this paper,the root arbuscular mycorrhizal development of a ryegrass(Lolium perenne) species,Meidali,and four tall fescue(Testuca arundinacea) species,including Liegou No.5,Qiannianshengshi No.2,Yemingzhu and Millennium,and their relationship with soil available phosphorus in field were investigated.The results showed that the arbuscular mycorrhizal structures were observed in the roots of all the lawn grass plants.The best development of mycorrhiza in Meidali variety was obtained with the highest mycorrhizal colonization,entry points and arbuscles.However,Millennium variety presented lower mycorrhizal development with the lower mycorrhizal colonization,vesicle and arbuscle.The results revealed that there were significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01) negative correlated between mycorrhizal development of root(mycorrhizal colonization and vesicle) and soil available phosphorus.
