湖北省人地挂钩供求分区研究

摘  要：
以湖北省各市为研究区,对农村建设用地进行整治潜力分析,通过城镇人口预测与人均建设用地标准法测算出建设用地的需求情况,将各地区需求量和整治潜力进行对比,并进行了人地挂钩分区研究。结果表明,湖北省各地区挂钩供给率基本高于100%,人地挂钩可执行潜力高。

摘  要：
Taking each city in Hubei province as the research target,first,the potential of rural development land was organized and analyzed,and then using forecast model the urban permanent population of each district was predict in Hubei province. Depending on the demand calculated by development land per capita,the demand and potential of each district were compared,doing a partition research on linking people and land. The results showed that the supply rates of all regions in Hubei were higher than 100%,and the enforceable potential of this policy was high.
