摘  要:
以‘库尔勒香梨’和‘新梨7号’为试材,研究采后果实在室温和冷藏条件下各项生理指标的变化。结果表明,采摘时‘库尔勒香梨’的硬度,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、有机酸、叶绿素含量均低于‘新梨7号’;冷藏环境下‘新梨7号’与‘库尔勒香梨’的果实品质得到更好的保持,‘新梨7号’与‘库尔勒香梨’各项生理指标变化趋势一致。

摘  要:
With the test samples of 'Korla Pear'and 'No.7 Xinli Pear',the author studied changes of physical signs in the indoor temperature and refrigeration requirements of two fruits. The results showed that in the initial stage,hardness,solid content and soluble sugar content of 'Korla Pear' were lower than 'No.7 Xinli Pear' and its organic acid content and chlorophyll content were lower than 'No.7 Xinli Pear'. Under the refrigeration environment,fruit quality of 'No.7 Xinli Pear' and 'Korla Pear' could be maintained. In addition, 'No. 7 Xinlin Pear' and 'Korla Pear' had consistent variation tendency in physical signs.
