摘  要：
通过对比不同打顶时期与α-萘乙酸棉球扎顶对烤烟成熟期的农艺性状、烤后烟叶化学成分以及产质量的影响,探寻烤烟打顶的最佳方式。结果表明:(1)随打顶时间的推迟,烤烟产量有略微的降低,均价、产值和上中等烟的比例有所增加,以初花打顶处理的烟叶上中等比例最高。同时期内采用α-萘乙酸棉球扎顶的处理上中等烟比例显著高于未采用α-萘乙酸棉球扎顶的处理,但对均价和产值影响较小;(2)适当推迟打顶时期,可以使各部位烟叶化学成分趋于协调,其中以初花打顶并配以α-萘乙酸棉球扎顶的处理最佳,钾含量更高,烟碱含量更加适宜。综合评价,在初花期打顶并采用α-萘乙酸棉球扎顶有助于提高烟叶的产质量,值得在生产上应用。

摘  要：
To explore the optimal way of tobacco topping,the effects of different topping stages and bandaging the top of tobacco plant after topping with cotton ball soaked with α-NAA on agronomic characters at maturity stage,chemical components in cured leaves,and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that:( 1) With the postponement of topping,yield of flue-cured tobacco showed slightly decrease,the average price,output value and the proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves were increased,and the proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves was highest in treatment of topping at initial flowering stage. At the same time,the proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves could be significantly improved by bandaging the top of tobacco plant after topping with cotton ball soaked with α-NAA,while the average price and output value were affected unclearly.( 2) Appropriate postponement of topping stage could improve the coordination of the internal chemical composition in tobacco leaves from different leaf positions,especially topping at initial flowering stage companied with bandaging the top of tobacco plant after topping with cotton ball soaked with α-NAA could resulted in more coordinated chemical components,higher potassium content and more suitable nicotine content. Comprehensive consideration,combination of topping at initial flowering stage and bandaging the top of tobacco plant after topping with cotton ball soaked with α-NAA could improve the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,which was worth applying in the flue-cured tobacco production.
