覆膜栽培对冬作马铃薯防寒作用的影响

摘  要:
以马铃薯品种川芋117和费乌瑞它作为试验材料,探讨不同覆膜方式对冬作马铃薯防寒作用的影响。结果表明,覆盖方式的马铃薯叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量以及过氧化物酶活性都显著低于不覆膜栽培,冬作马铃薯覆膜可提高产量22%以上,而膜上覆土的栽培措施可提高马铃薯产量30%以上,黑膜上覆土能提高产量37.4%~51.6%,比透明膜覆土高3.7~5.5百分点。选择黑膜上盖土的方式能够增加马铃薯的产量,减少杂草,经济效益高,适宜推广。

摘  要:
To investigat the effects of different plastic film mulching in resistance to cold weather of winter potato, the experiment using potato cultivars Chuanyu 117 and Favorita as test materials was carried out. The results showed that relative conductivity, MDA,proline content and peroxidase activity were lower in covered potato leaves than the non-covered potato leaves. The winter potato yield increased more than 22% after plastic film mulching, 30% after soil-coverage with plastic film. The winter potato yield increased 37.4%-51.6% after soil-coverage with black plastic film than transparency plastic film. Soil-coverage with black plastic film can increase winter potato yield, decrease weeds. Therefore, the method has high economic benefit,and it is suitable for popularization.
