HPLC法青风藤根中青藤碱含量的测定及其提取工艺的优化

摘 要:
[目的]测定青风藤根中青藤碱的含量并与藤茎中含量比较,同时优化青藤碱的提取工艺,为合理有效地开发青风藤资源提供依据。[方法]用HPLC法测定青藤碱的含量,通过正交试验优化青藤碱的提取工艺。[结果]青风藤根中青藤碱的平均含量为1.73%,比藤茎中含量高0.62%;青藤碱的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为70%,乙醇用量为15ml,超声处理时间为30min,超声频率为30Hz。[结论]该试验比较了青风藤根和藤茎中青藤碱的含量差异,为合理有效地开发利用青风藤资源、评价青风藤药材提供了可靠的依据。

摘 要:
[Objective]The research aimed to determine and compare the content of sinomenine in root and stem of caulis sinomenii and optimize the extraction process of it.[Method]HPLC was used to determine the content of sinomenine and orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.[Result]The average content of sinomenine in root of caulis sinomenii was 1.73% which was 0.62% higher than that in stem.The optimum extraction process were as follows:ethanol concentration of 70%,ethanol volume of 15 ml,microwave treating time of 30 min and microwave frequency of 30 Hz.[Conclusion]The variance of content of sinomenine in root and stem of caulis sinomenii was compared in this study,which would provide reliable basis for the effective development and use of caulis sinomenii resources and the assessment of caulis sinomenii medical material.
