小微型农机制造企业设施布置方法研究

摘要：

设施布置优化对于提高小、微型农机制造企业生产效率、降低经营成本具有重要的意义。为此,介绍了小微型农机制造企业的特点及设施布置现状,重点分析了系统布置设计法、数学建模求解法和系统仿真法等设施布置方法的基本原理和特点。最后,针对小微型农机制造企业,提出了SLP和Flexsim仿真结合设施布置的优化方法,并阐述了其操作流程。

摘要：

Facilities layout optimization has the great significance for small and micro- small agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises to improve the productivity and reduce operating costs. This paper analyzes the characteristics of small and micro- small agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises and status of facility layout. The focus of the basic principles and characteristics of the facility layout method,including the system layout design method,mathematical modeling and solving method,system simulation method. Finally,for small and micro- small agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,the facility layout optimization method that SLP and the flexsim simulation combined was proposed,and explaining its operational processes.
