基于模糊多准则决策算法的农机部件参数化设计

摘  要:
精细农业的实现离不开高精度农机的支持。为了提高农机的设计精度,有效的缩短设计周期,提出了一种基于模糊多准则决策算法的农机部件参数化优化方法。该方法基于Solid Works建模软件和VB编程软件的兼容性接口,可通过VB编程来实现自动化和参数化建模过程,提高了农机零部件的设计效率,利用模糊多准则算法对零件的尺寸进行优化,从而有效地提高了农机零部件的设计精度。以农机部件液压缸的设计为例,通过参数化建模方法自动建立了一级缸和二级缸的模型,结果发现:使用模糊多准则决策算法可提高设计效率和经济效益,缸体的结构力学性能也得到了有效优化。

摘  要:
In order to achieve the precise agriculture is inseparable from the support of high precision agricultural and improve the design precision of agricultural machinery,effectively shorten the design cycle,it presents a based on fuzzy multiple criteria decision making algorithm,agricultural machinery parts,parametric optimization methods. The method based on Solid Works modeling software and VB programming software compatibility interfaces can through VB to realize automatic and parametric modeling process,to effectively improve the efficiency of machinery parts and components design,which optimized using fuzzy multi criteria algorithm for parts of the size,in order to improve the design precision machinery parts and components of effective. The machine parts,hydraulic cylinder design as an example,through the parameters of modeling method to automatically establish a cylinder and the second cylinder model,by the design results,using fuzzy multiple criteria decision making algorithm can design efficiency and economic benefit,and the mechanical performance of the structure of the cylinder to effective optimization.
