饲粮中添加牛乳对不同断奶日龄藏仔猪生长发育的影响

摘  要:
本研究旨在探讨在饲粮中添加牛乳对不同断奶日龄藏仔猪生长发育的影响。试验设7个处理,处理1为对照组(45 d自然断奶饲喂基础饲粮的藏仔猪),处理2、处理3与处理4分别为14 d、21 d、28 d断奶饲喂牛乳饲粮的藏仔猪,处理5、处理6与处理7分别为14 d、21 d、28 d断奶饲喂基础饲粮的藏仔猪,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1头藏仔猪。试验期为46 d,自由采食与饮水。结果表明,处理1组藏仔猪初始体重、体长与胸围均高于其他组(P<0.05),处理2与处理5藏猪初始体重、体长与胸围显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。处理1、处理4与处理7之间全期增重差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。处理4体长与胸围增长最大,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。处理5藏仔猪试验期间全部死亡。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加牛乳可以促进藏仔猪的生长,28d断奶藏仔猪生长发育正常,可作为藏仔猪断奶的时间点。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dairy supplementation on the growth and development of Tibetan pigs at different weaning ages. There were 7 treatments, in which treatment 1 was the control group(Tibetan piglets weaned naturally for 45 days, fed basal diet), while treatment 2, treatment 3 and treatment 4 were Tibetan piglets weaned on cow's milk diet at 14 d, 21 d and 28 d respectively, and treatment 5, treatment 6 and treatment 7 were Tibetan piglets weaned on basal diet at 14 d, 21 d and 28 d, respectively. Each treatment had 10replicates and 1 Tibetan piglets in each replicate for 46 d experimental periods. The results showed that the initial body weight, body length and chest circumference of Tibetan piglets in treatment 1 were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05). However, the opposite was true for treatment 2 and 5. There was no significant difference of body weight gain among treatment 1,treatment 4 and treatment 7 in the whole period(P>0.05), but there were significantly higher than that of other treatments(P<0.05). The body length and chest circumference of treatment 4increased the most, which were significantly higher than those of other treatments(P<0.05). In conclusion, under the conditions of this experiment, adding dairy in the diet could promote the growth of Tibetan piglets, and the growth and development of Tibetan piglets weaned on 28 d could be used as the weaning time point of Tibetan piglets.
