摘  要:
[目的]拟建立一种简单高效测定西葫芦中精喹禾灵及其代谢物残留量的方法。[方法]西葫芦样品经过乙腈提取、过膜后采用高效液相色谱串联质谱联用仪测定,精喹禾灵采用电喷雾正离子模式,精喹禾灵酸采用电喷雾负离子模式,外标法定量。[结果]西葫芦样品中精喹禾灵和精喹禾灵酸的平均回收率分别为95%~110%和90%~98%,相对标准偏差分别为0%~4.0%和1.9%~4.4%,定量限均为0.01 mg/kg。在0.005~0.2 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系。[结论]该方法操作简单快速,灵敏度、准确度和精密度高,符合农作物中农药残留分析要求,适用于西葫芦中精喹禾灵和精喹禾灵酸的残留分析。

摘  要:
[Aims] This study aims to establish a simple and efficient method for determination of quizalofop-p-ethyl and its metabolites residues in summer squash. [Methods] Summer squash samples were extracted by acetonitrile. The two target compounds were detected by liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS-MS) with positive electrospray ionization for quizalofop-p-ethyl and negative electrospray ionization for quizalofop-acid, as well as quantified by external standard method. [Results] The recoveries of this method were 95-110 and 90-98% for quizalofop-p-ethyl and quizalofop-acid respectively. Correspondingly, the coefficients of variation were 0-4.0 and1.9-4.4% respectively. The limit of quantification of this method was 0.01 mg/kg for these compounds. The linear relationship was good between 0.005 and 0.2 mg/L. [Conclusions] This method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate,which meets with the requirement for pesticide residue analysis in crops. It is suitable for determination of quizalofop-p-ethyl and quizalofop-acid in summer squash.
