气吸式排种装置工作过程及种子运动情况分析

摘  要：
为提高气吸式排种装置的工作性能,以排种轴转速和真空度为试验因素进行单因素试验,并以高速摄像机拍摄气吸式排种装置的工作过程,清晰直观地记录了充种区、吸种区、携种区及投种区的工作过程以及种子在种子室内的运动情况。用TEMA Motion软件打开采集的图像文件,通过不断重复使用播放、暂停和回放按钮观察排种装置的工作过程及种子的运动情况,为改进播种性能提供依据。

摘  要：
In order to improve the working performance of the air suction metering equipment,a single factor experiment was carried out on JPS-12 performance test-bed of the seed-metering device,taking the rotation speed of the feed shaft and the vacuum degree in suction chamber as experiment factors respectively.The high speed camera was used for shooting the movement of seeds in the seed room and the working process of the air suction metering device and the working processes of the filling zone,the sucking-seed zone,the carrying zone and the cast zone were clearly recorded.The image files were dealt with TEMA motion software,through the repeated use of play,pause and playback button to observe the work process of the seed metering device and the movement of seeds.
