埃博拉病毒研究进展

摘  要：
埃博拉是由埃博拉病毒所引起的一种人和灵长类动物出血、发热、腹泻等为临床特征的烈性传染病。该病在非洲国家广泛流行,发病率和死亡率均较高,给人们健康带来了极大威胁。近年来,世界各国研究人员对埃博拉病毒、传播途径、致病机理和预防措施等开展许多研究工作。本文从病原学、流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、病毒重要蛋白功能、疫苗研究几方面进行综述。

摘  要：
Ebola is one of deadly infectious diseases caused by Ebola virus, which is characterized by bleeding, fever and diarrhea in humans and primates with high morbidity and mortality. This infectious disease is mainly prevalent in African countries, which has posed a great threat to people's health. In recent years, many researchers around the world are dedicated to the studies on pathogen, transmission, pathogenesis and preventive measures. In this article, progress on etiology,epidemiology, clinical symptoms, pathological changes, important viral protein function, vaccine are reviewed.
