双缸四冲程水冷发动机模拟仿真及进气系统研究

摘  要:
对农用型无人直升机用电喷发动机进行进气系统匹配设计,为验证所设计进气系统动力性能,运用GT-Power软件对双缸四冲程水冷发动机进行仿真计算,并对模型的准确性进行验证。同时采用该模型设计符合电喷系统的进气稳流箱结构,探讨两种不同的进气系统对发动机动力性能的影响,并对进气直管进行优化设计,得到在巡航工况点和最大功率工况点时,功率最大点所对应的直管长度在70 mm左右。

摘  要:
In order to verify the dynamic performance of the air intake system, the matching design of the air intake system for the EFI engine of the agricultural unmanned helicopter was carried out. GT-Power software is used for two-cylinder four-stroke water-cooled engine in simulation. And the accuracy of engine simulation is verified. Meanwhile, the simulation was used in the design of steady-flowed box which needed suitable for EFI system. Two types of intake systems which used the structure of steady-flowed box were studied in engine performance. Finally the straight pipe of intake system was optimized design, and at the cruise operating point and maximum power conditions, the engine had the best performance at length of straight pipe 70 mm.
