本实验利用绿色荧光蛋白 ( GFP)与嗜上皮启动子 EDL 2连接 ,运用显微注射技术将EDL 2 -GFP注射入爪蟾受精卵以制备转基因蛙 ,根据 GFP在蛙体内的表达情况 ,可以初步判断启动子的组织特异性

摘  要:
In present study, green fluorescence protein(GFP) gene was linked to epithelium specific promoter EDL2 to construct reporter plasmid, then EDL2 GFP was microinjected into zygotes of Xenopus. According to the expression status of GFP in vivo, the tissue specific character of the promoter can be decided preliminarily.
