胶州市小麦孢囊线虫田间侵染特点及分析

摘  要:
为明确2014年气象条件下小麦孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae,CCN)的田间侵染特点,于2月至6月在胶州市麦田进行定点定期取样,并通过土壤中线虫的分离和根组织中线虫的染色,确定CCN各虫态的群体密度及变化动态。结果表明,2龄幼虫最早在3月2日孵化进入土壤,在3月16日侵入小麦根系;2龄幼虫侵入盛期偏晚,为4月下旬至5月上旬;3龄和4龄幼虫根内发育盛期偏晚且历时短,为5月下旬;最终产生的孢囊数量较少,繁殖系数(Rf=Pf/Pi)为0.6。气象数据分析表明,小麦冬后生长季气温对CCN幼虫的孵化、侵入和根内发育较为有利,但4月下旬之前持续少雨和土壤干旱不利于幼虫侵入,最终导致根内幼虫发育高峰期的推迟和缩短。

摘  要:
In order to understand the characteristics of wheat field infection of Heterodera avenae(CCN)under the weather condition in the year of 2014,soil and root samples were collected locatedly and periodically from the fixed wheat block in Jiaozhou city from February to June.The population changing dynamics of all CCN stages were ascertained through the nematode extraction from soil and staining in roots.The results showed that the second stage juveniles(J2)emerged into soil the earliest on March 2and penetrated into wheat roots the earliest on March 16.The penetration climax of J2 was later occurring from late April to early May.The development climax of 3rd and 4th stage juveniles inside root,occurring in late May,was later and lasted a shorter period of time.The number of finally formed cyst was less with the reproduction factor(Rf=Pf/Pi)of 0.6.The meteorological data analysis indicated that the air temperature condition was favorable to emergence,penetration and root-insided development of CCN during the post-winter wheat growing stage,but the long lasting rainless and drought status prior to late April was unfavorable to juvenile penetration and eventually led to the delay and shortening of the development climax of the juveniles in roots.
