摘 要：
为了提高细胞工程课程的教学质量和效果,根据细胞工程课程的特点,从教学内容和方法方面进行了改革探索,并强调要加强实践教学,注重学生能力培养,以达到培养学生科研能力和创新能力的目的。对细胞工程课程教学内容的改革、教学方法的改革,以及加强实践教学,注重能力培养3个方面进行了阐述。

摘 要：
According to the characteristics of cell engineering course,the reformation of cell engineering course was explored from the aspects of teaching content and teaching methods in order to enhance the teaching quality and effects.It was emphasized that the practice teaching should be strengthened and the cultivation of students' ability should reinforced,so as to culture the scientific research ability and innovation ability of students.The reform of the teaching content and teaching methods,strengthening the practice teaching and reinforcing the cultivation of abilities of cell engineering course were expounded.
