摘  要：
This paper explained briefly the developmental history of sex determining gene(SRY gene),and using PCR amplifying to identify dairy cattle sex by it,and expressed its application that the technology and method of PCR in sex idenification of dairy cattle fetus,and pointed out the problems which have being existed now and its application prospect in sex identification.
