不同锌源对肉鸡组织锌含量、酶活性、金属硫蛋白含量及其基因相对表达量的影响

摘  要:
通过饲喂相同水平不同锌源的半纯合饲粮,探讨氨基酸螯合锌对肉鸡血液和组织中锌含量、金属硫蛋白含量、相关酶活性及十二指肠黏膜金属硫蛋白基因表达的影响。试验选100只1日龄AA肉公鸡饲喂充足锌源玉米豆粕日粮(锌含量100 mg·kg-1)到13日龄,保证肉鸡正常生长,14~21日龄饲喂缺锌玉米-豆粕日粮(锌含量22.61 mg·kg-1),使肉仔鸡临界缺锌状态,以提高肉仔鸡对不同形态锌吸收的敏感性。22~28日龄饲喂充足含不同锌源的4种半纯合日粮(锌含量90 mg·kg-1)。结果表明,氨基酸螯合锌(ZnMet、ZnLys)处理组血液、肝脏和胫骨锌含量显著高于无机锌(ZnSO4、ZnO)处理组(P<0.05)。氨基酸螯合锌(ZnMet、ZnLys)处理组肝脏中的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性较无机锌(ZnSO4、ZnO)处理组显著升高(P<0.05)。氨基酸螯合锌(ZnMet、ZnLys)处理组对肉鸡十二指肠肠黏膜MT mRNA相对表达量的影响较无机锌(ZnSO4、ZnO)处理组显著升高且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论表明,氨基酸螯合锌能够显著提高肉鸡血液、肝脏和胫骨锌含量,改善铜锌超氧化物歧化酶的活性,调控十二指肠黏膜金属硫蛋白基因表达。

摘  要:
The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of amino acid chelated zinc on blood and tissue zinc content, enzyme activity, metallothionein content and expression of duodenal mucosa MT mRNA in broiler by feeding semipurified diet with different zinc sources at the same zinc level. One hundred newly hatched healthy(1- day- old) Arbor Acres commercial male broilers were used in this experiments. The chicks were fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet(100 mg· kg-1Zn of die) to 13 d for normalgrowth of broilers, but were fed a zinc deficiency corn-soybean diet(22.61 mg· kg-1Zn of die) after 14 d to 21 d for depleting the body Zn stores. Plenty different zinc sources semipurified diet(90 mg of Zn/kg of diet) were fed from d 21 to 28. The results showed that the blood, liver and tibia zinc content of amino acid chelated zinc(ZnMet, ZnLys) treated groups were significantly higher than inorganic zinc(ZnSO4, ZnO) treatment groups(P<0.05), and Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase activity of liver also significantly increased compared with inorganic zinc(ZnSO4, ZnO) treatment groups(P<0.05). As the feeding of dietry amino acid chelated zinc(ZnMet, ZnLys) treated groups, the expression of duodenal mucosa MT mRNA in broilers increased significantly. Conclusion: amino acid chelated zinc could significantly increase zinc content of broilers' blood, liver and tibia, improve the activity of Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase and regulate the expression of duodenal mucosa metallothionein mRNA.
