五种五指山野生灵芝培养基筛选及活性成分分析

摘  要:
以五指山野生灵芝1号、2号、3号、4号、5号和对照7号灵芝为材料,研究4种母种培养基配方和4种原种培养基配方对野生灵芝菌种菌丝生长速度和生长势的影响,并比较分析不同灵芝品种中灵芝蛋白、多糖、三萜的含量。结果显示,在4种母种培养基上,菌丝生长速度的差异极显著,生长速度最快和生长势最强的是培养基配方B(PDA+木屑),最差的是配方D(PSA);在4种原种培养基上,生长速度和生长势强弱的先后顺序为配方3>配方4>配方2>配方1;在5种野生灵芝中,灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜含量最高的分别是5号(0.732 mg·g~(-1))、2号(0.088 mg·g~(-1))、5号(1.193 mg·g~(-1)),3种成分综合含量最高的是5号。该试验为五指山野生灵芝的开发利用提供了参考依据。

摘  要:
In this experiment, taking wild Ganoderma lucidum No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, No.5 and control No.7 from Wuzhi Mountain as materials, the four kinds of mother culture medium and four kinds of protospecies culture medium were designed based on mycelium growth rate and growth vigor of wild strains, and a comparative analysis on the content of protein, polysaccharide, triterpene were studied. The results showed that in four kinds of mother culture medium, mycelium growth rate were significantly difference, the fastest growth rate and the strongest growth vigor was in formula B, and the worst was in formula D.The order of growth rate and growth potential on four kinds of protospecies culture medium were formula three >formula four >formula two>formula one. The highest levels of the proteins, polysaccharides and triterpenes were in No.5(0.732 mg·g~(-1)), No.2(0.088 mg·g~(-1)), No.5(1.193 mg·g~(-1)) respectively, and three comprehensive content of No.5 was the highest. This experiment provided reference for the development and utilization of wild G. lucidum in Wuzhi Mountain.
