农业财政投入对新疆农民收入影响的绩效分析

摘  要：
农民收入的增加是解决"三农"问题和关系到新疆能否顺利实现全面小康的核心问题。本文通过对新疆农业财政投入总量和各项投入是如何影响农民收入水平的实证分析,在得出相应结论的基础上,最后提出了一些政策建议。

摘  要：
Peasant' income is a core problem to solve "three agricultural problems" and to realize the great goal of the overall construction of well-off society in Xinjiang.The paper studies how the total amount of financial agriculture input and their composition influence the increase of peasant's income throught the regression model.On the basis of those conclusions,and the paper put forward some policy suggestions.
