河北省近海海域承载力评价研究

摘要：

本文借鉴有关承载力的研究成果,以状态空间评价模型为基础,对河北省近海海域承载力现状进行评价。结果表明:1996—2006年河北省近海海域承载力处于超载状态,逐步向满载靠近;压力过大是导致超载的主要原因,其中人口和环境污染是主要压力;同时承压力发展缓慢,其中环境治理能力、资源支撑能力是制约承压力发展的主要因素。基于此提出了改善河北省近海海域承载状况的对策建议。

摘要：

Based on the research results of carrying capacity,the carrying capacity of Hebei Province offshore was assessed according to the status space method.The results showed that the carrying capacity of Hebei Province had been overloading from 1996 to 2006,but the developing trend of carrying capacity has become better.The overloading reasons of Hebei Province offshore was the excessive pressure,in which the pressure of population and environmental pollution was a major;At the same time the bearing pressure developed slowly,in which the environmental control capacity and resources supporting capacity was the main factors of constraining the bearing pressure development.Based on this analysis,the suggestions of improving the loads status of Hebei Province offshore were put forward.
