高速铁路CRTS系列板式无砟轨道综合性能对比分析

摘  要:
无砟轨道以其高稳定性、高可靠性、高平顺性的突出优点,在我国多条高速铁路及客运专线上成功应用.然而无砟轨道在服役过程中出现了不同程度的病害,为保证无砟轨道的耐久性,选择合理的无砟轨道结构形式尤为重要.本文分析了CRTS系列板式无砟轨道的结构特点、适应性、经济性、施工性和可维修性.结果表明:CRTSⅠ型和CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的CA砂浆层具有温度敏感性,不适宜在高温或严寒地区使用,适用性较差,而CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道出现的病害最少,具有适应性,经济性和耐久性,建议优先推广使用具有完全自主知识产权的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道.

摘  要:
Ballastless track has prominent advantages of high stability, high reliability, high smooth which has been used in the high speed railway in China. In the service of ballastless track, different degree of diseases has been appeared. In order to ensure the durability of ballastless track, the selection of reasonable ballastless track types is very important. This paper analyzed CRTS series' the structure features, adaptability, economy, construct ability and maintainability. The results showed that CA mortar layers of CRTS Ⅰ and CRTS Ⅱ were too sensitive for temperature to be suitable for a hot or cold region,however CRTS Ⅲ had a little of diseases and a strong suitability, economy and durability to be proposed to use firstly.
