水稻籼型优质不育系宜香1A特性研究

摘  要：
用4个不育系与5个恢复系组成4×5不完全双列杂交作产量配合力分析,分析结果宜香1A一般配合力效应值为0.3756,极显著优于Ⅱ-32A和汕A。采用BC Sood介绍的水稻香味快速测定法,对水稻不育系宜香1A的香味遗传进行研究,其香味由1对隐性主基因控制,是一个选育香型杂交稻的理想不育系。以不育系Ⅱ-32A和冈46A为对照,对宜香1A开花后的柱头活力进行分析研究,其变化规律与Ⅱ-32A相当,即都是开花后第4天柱头授粉结实能力最强,第6或7天柱头活力几乎完全丧失,而冈46A开花后3~4 d柱头授粉结实能力最强,第5天柱头活力几乎完全丧失。

摘  要：
Yixiang1A′s yield combination ability analysis was made by in complete dual crossing with 4 CMS lines and 5 restorer lines.Yixiang1A′s general combination ability effect value was 0.3756 and it was prior to Ⅱ-32A and San A′s.Though the rapid technique for scent determination revealed by B C Sood(1978),Yixiang1A′s scent was controlled by one pair recessive main gene and it was a good cytoplasmic male sterile line in selecting scent rice.Then we studied on stigma vigor for CMS line of Yixiang 1A under the control of CMS lines of Ⅱ-32A and Gang 46A.Results indicated that Yixiang1A had the same rule as Ⅱ-32A in stigma vigor,that′s to say,both Yixiang 1A and Ⅱ-32A existed the strongest ability of accepting pollen and boring seeds on 4th day after flowering and their stigmas had little vigor on 6th or 7th day after flowering.Gang46A only existed the strongest ability of accepting pollen and boring seeds on 3th or 4th day after flowering and their stigmas had little vigor on 5th after flowering.
