生态文明建设对农村居民增收的影响——基于生态文明先行示范区设立的准自然实验

摘  要：
基于2005—2017年我国2516个县域生态文明先行示范区设立的准自然实验和县级层面经济发展数据，利用多期双重差分模型，研究了县域层面示范区设立与农村居民增收的关系。结果表明：生态文明先行示范区的设立显著促进了农村居民增收，且经过安慰剂检验和稳健性检验后结果仍然成立；生态文明建设通过规模效应和技术创新提高了农村居民的人均可支配收入，生态文明先行示范区的设立对西部地区县域农村居民收入的影响最大，对中部地区的影响较小，对东部地区县域农村居民收入为抑制作用；生态文明示范区的设立对农村居民收入在中位数以下地区的农民收入影响显著，而对农村居民收入在中位数以上地区的农民无显著影响。

摘  要：
Based on the quasi-natural experiment and county-level economic development data of 2516 ecological civilization demonstration zones established in China from 2005 to 2017, the relationship between the establishment of countylevel ecological civilization demonstration zones and rural residents' income increase was studied by multi-period double differential model. The results show that establishment of ecological civilization pilot demonstration zone significantly increases the income of rural residents, and the results are still established after placebo test and a series of robustness tests. Ecological civilization construction increases the per capita disposable income of rural residents through scale effect and technological innovation. The establishment of ecological civilization demonstration zone has the greatest impact on the income of rural residents in counties in western China. The impact on the income of rural residents in the central region is slightly small,while the impact on the income of rural residents in the eastern region is negative. The establishment of ecological civilization demonstration zones has a significant impact on the income of farmers in counties where the per capita income of farmers is lower than the median level, but has no significant impact on the increase of farmers' income in areas above the median level.
