不同磷水平对伸长期甘蔗栽培原种干物质积累的影响

摘 要:
采用盆栽土培试验,以10个不同基因型甘蔗栽培原种为供试材料,研究低磷和高磷两个处理对伸长期甘蔗株高、生物量和根冠比的影响。结果表明:在不同品种间,植株的株高、生物量干物质累积和根冠比均达到显著水平,品种AO0005的株高和地上部分生物量干重均显著高于其他品种,而高磷处理下地下部分生物量干重低于低磷胁迫处理。对伸长期甘蔗根冠比在低磷胁迫下对磷素的反应分析,品种CO0017和AO0108对磷素反应最敏感。

摘 要:
Ten sugarcane cultivated original species were conducted to determine the effect of plant height,biomass of dry matter accumulating and root/shoot ratio under two levels of P2O5 0,0.75 g/kg in greenhouse.The pot results showed that the plant height,biomass of dry matter accumulating and root/shoot ratio were significant difference between different varieties.The plant height and aboveground dry matter accumulating of AO0005 were significantly higher than that of experimental varieties.However,the P2O5 0.75 g/kg level of root dry matter accumulating was lower than that of the level of P2O5 0 g/kg.Both CO0017 and AO0108 were the most sensitive genotype on the level of P2O5 0 g/kg.
