不同施肥处理对菜心产量和品质的影响

摘  要：
以碧绿粗苔菜心为试验材料,比较了海藻素、花生麸和普通复合肥3种不同施肥处理对菜心产量和品质的影响,结果表明:在菜心生长期间施用海藻素能有效提高菜心产量,提高Vc、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量,并可显著降低硝酸盐含量,是值得推荐使用的一种有机肥料。

摘  要：
The effects of seaweed fertilizer,peanut residue and common compound fertilizer in yield and quality of Flowering Chinese Cabbage were compared,with Bilvcutai as material.The results showed that the seaweed fertilizer treatment could increase the yield effectively,enhance the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein.Furthermore,the seaweed fertilizer treatment could reduce the nitrate content of Flowering Chinese Cabbage as well,and it’s worth to be applied.
