摘 要：
Objective: To optimize the preparation technique of Fibrous Root Coptidis pellets.Methods: The pellets were prepared by extrusion-spheronization method based on the studies of influential factors,and optimal formulation was obtained by orthogonal design.Results:Prepared pellets have such advantages as simple technique,uniformity in diameters,high drug content and useful for large-scale production.
