基于聚类及主成分分析的山慈菇质量评价

摘  要:
为了评价山慈菇的质量,利用高效液相色谱比较分析山慈菇的主要化学成分,基于聚类分析和主成分分析的基本原理和分析方法,对15个不同产地及采收期的山慈菇样品的色谱峰面积进行区分和分类。结果显示,相似化学成分可以进行分区及分类。聚类分析和主成分分析评价山慈菇的质量具有一致性,研究结果对山慈菇的合理利用和开发具有一定的参考价值。

摘  要:
In order to evaluate quality of Cremastra appendiculata,HPLC-DAD methods were developed for chemical compounds of 15 samples of C.appendiculata collected from different regions of China.Fundamental and analysis methods of Hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA) and principal components analysis(PCA) were performed to differentiate and classify the samples based on the peaks of the chemical constituents.The results showed that the samples of similar chemical compounds were differentiated and classified,and results of HCA and PCA were consilient.The preparatory method proposed was demonstrated to be very useful in saving resources and guiding rational herb use.
