摘 要：
信息法学是近几年来国内外法学界、管理界、社会学界及信息产业界共同关注的重要领域之一。但信息法学学科理论体系的研究并不多见。揭示了信息法学理论体系中非常重要却未得到足够重视的理论知识,比如信息法学与信息技术的关系和信息法学学科归属问题的讨论等。

摘 要：
The information law science is one of the important areas of domestic and international law experts,management community,sociology community and information industry.But the research of subject theory of information law science is still very rare.This article reveals some important issues which did not receive sufficient attention,such as the relation between the information law science and information technology and discussion of attribution.
